Clearness Of Thought
Lets start with a definition.
- CLARITY: "Clearness of thought or style"
With that stated what would be the opposite of clarity? A state
of being unclear or cloudy in thought or style.
Would you ever want to be unclear in your thoughts? Would it ever be to your benefit
to be unsure of what you wanted. Would you ever consciously make a choice to be unclear and cloudy in your vision
and path? Unless you were ambivalent about receiving the outcome, then clearly this is something you do not want.
But what if you really wanted something and strongly desired the outcome. What
if you really did have a vested interest in achieving a goal or plan. What would be the benefit to being clear now?
Being Deliberate
Where do you find yourself most of the day. Are you clear in your thoughts, decisions and actions. Or do
you find your mind wandering from topic to topic with no true specificity. Is this where you
prefer to be.
To begin to change this type of behavior you must begin to make a choice. A choice of being deliberate
in what you do and what you choose. When you are

more deliberate you will find yourself moving with more efficiency
and ease in your life?
Physically Fit
If you desired to be lean, tone and healthy would
consistent over eating, performing little or no exercise and overworking
lead you there? Probably not, for this is a perfect combination of what
not to do. With further investigation this actually means that there is
an awareness of what you do want. This clarity exists by looking at the
opposite of what you do want.
Easy As 1 - 2 - 3
There are many ways to gain clarity? By observation, by experience, by processing and thinking critically about a
desired outcome. In starting your new process, looking at what you don't want and taking the opposite is a great place
to start. This process can be used throughout your life in so many situations.
