How I Do It
As a Life Coach I utilize many skills in communication and expression.
By seeking new angles and novel ways of perceiving things I am able to see the 'big picture'.
I am a natural organizer who is highly focused and passionately determined to create new
understandings. Once new understandings are presented structure and efficiency can
easily develop to assist your progression.
It is with strong focus to understand, coupled with powerful listening that I can
hear what you say on many levels.
As a Life Coach I thrive on details until I understand
what you are thinking, saying and doing. Once the details are collected I play back what I have learned and together
we look for the missing pieces that have been eluding you. It is these pieces that often hold you back
from getting what you want most. This process brings light to the areas that were once confusing and even
impossible.
Working With A Life Coach
When you work with me, your personal Life Coach you WILL finally see and hear what you have been telling yourself

over and over again. When you experience your thoughts out loud you will begin to set yourself free. It is with
this new awareness that you will be able to shake the old and embrace the new.
We are highly thinking beings and take action on our thoughts in one way or another. A simple way to explain it is
with the equation (A + B = C).
- A Your base thought about yourself or a thing
- B Your current thought based on your present knowledge, circumstances and feelings
- C The result or action you take
The problem with this equation is that
no matter how much information you collect (B), the outcome (C) is still affected
by your base thought (A) (remember the equation: A + B = C).
The most interesting thing is that we are often oblivious to the base thought (A). By finally hearing the base
thought aloud, you will know your truth.
Once gained, this new truth will allow you to make choices independent of that original base thought (A).
Here your real power becomes evident while you create the life you desire most.
